Cost of Conference:
Below are the prices and descriptions of the available accommodation. The price quoted are for the full conference which also includes 3 meals a day.
Please note that there is no option to pay for half the conference. You must pay the full amount.
There are three types of accommodation available at the conference site and also pension accommodation off site in the nearby village. (More info below)
1. Tents:
The tents each contain places for 12 people in bunk beds. Bathrooms are communal.
The full cost of the conference for tent accommodation is:
Non Westerners:
Adults: €30
Westerners:
Adults: €45
Prices for children (western and non-western children):
0-2 years: free
3-7 years: €10
8-12 years: €15
13 + years: €30
2. Housing Option B
Rooms with communal bathrooms. Please note that families take priority.
The full cost of the conference for this accommodation is:
Non Westerners:
Adults: €45
Westerners:
Adults: €60
Prices for children (western and non-western children):
0-2 years: free
3-7 years: €15
8-12 years: €22.5
13 + years: €45
3. Housing Option A:
Rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Please note that families take priority for this option.
The full cost of the conference for this accommodation is:
Non Westerners:
Adults: €60
Westerners:
Adults: €75
Prices for children (western and non-western children):
0-2 years: free
3-7 years: €20
8-12 years: €30
13 + years: €60
Pensions:
If the conference becomes fully booked, with no more rooms available in Housing option A or B, we are able to book rooms at local pensions. The prices will vary at the different pensions from approximately 10 – 30 Euros per night, depending on the standard. The price will be communicated and established individually in each situation.
If you are housed at a Pension then you also need to pay an additional conference fee of 20 Euros for non-westerners and 35 Euros for westerners, this will also cover your meals at the conference.
